Garland Told To Release Original FBI Report On ‘Russia Collusion’

(Patriot Insider) – What’s truly ironic is that the people who claim Americans that don’t want the COVID vaccines and aren’t buying the COVID narrative are subscribing to “conspiracy theories” are the very same people who vehemently bought into the 2016 Russia-collusion hoax that has been proven time and time again to be a blatant conspiracy theory hatched by Democrats.

As Special Counsel John Durham continues to investigate the origins of the Russia-collusion charade, President Trump is becoming more and more vindicated by each revelation.

Now the whole mess is being thrown back into the spotlight because of a court filing from Durham that claims Hillary Clinton funded teams to “infiltrate” Trump’s computer servers at Trump Tower and even inside the White House once he became president.

If true, this would make Watergate look like child’s play and Watergate was a major scandal.

Two US Senators are claiming the solution to resolving the arguments over who said what, when, where and why is to have Attorney General Merrick Garland release and make public “all records” from the FBI’s original investigation into the Russian-collusion claims made by Democrats.

According to Fox News, a letter from Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) was sent to Garland making this case.

In it they criticize the AG for his failure in following President Trump’s original orders for the Department of Justice to declassify all records from that investigation and they demand he “produce those records to Congress and the American people without improper redactions.”

The letter continued, “We remain concerned that over one year from the date then-President Trump directed the Justice Department to declassify certain Crossfire Hurricane records the Justice Department has not only failed to declassify a single page, the Department has failed to identify for Congress records that it knows with certainty to be covered by the declassification directive.”

Back in 2019, Robert Mueller, former special counsel on this investigation, finished his investigation without finding any evidence of Russian collusion on Trump’s part. Trump, at the time, told then-Attorney General Bill Barr to start declassifying all the information.

As we’ve come to realize, Barr was just as corrupt as any leftist. The documents were not declassified and still have not been. The Senators have been trying for months to get the records released to no avail.

After writing to Garland last year and last month, Garland responded but the records were still not released. They wrote to him again.

“Your letter noted that on July 9, 2021, the Department ‘offered to compare the documents we understand to be covered by the Memorandum with the documents that had been previously provided to Congress.’ However, your letter also stated that the Department ‘has been taking steps to determine’ which documents can be disclosed and that review is ‘ongoing.’”

Instead of those “ongoing” steps, they suggest, it is “incumbent upon the Department to determine which records are covered by the declassification directive.”

This has yet to be completed and the Senators point out:

“When the Department is able to (1) identify with certainty the records subject to the declassification directive; (2) confirm the records are not those that have already been reviewed by our staff; and (3) agree that no improper redactions will be placed on those records, our staff stand ready to review in camera prior to production to Congress. Absent those conditions, our staff should not have to spend potentially multiple days and countless hours in the Department’s classified facility only to play a guessing game with the Department about what document may or may not be covered by the declassification directive and potentially review records that have already been produced to Congress,” they wrote.

The Senators say the goal is for the American people “to know the complete truth about the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.”

This has been the goal since President Trump was in office but still the DOJ is refusing to release the documents. Is anyone surprised?

Fox News reported, “Documents declassified to-date included more than 6,000 pages of transcripts of interviews from the House Intelligence Committee’s Russia investigation, which revealed, among other things, that top Obama officials acknowledged they had no ’empirical evidence’ of collusion or conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia in 2016.”

Thus far, everything released has proven there was no actual evidence of Russian collusion by President Trump but what really needs to be resolved is whether or not former president Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and her campaign actively spied on President Trump both while he was a candidate and once he was the president.

It’s time for the truth to come out. Does the DOJ actually think they’re fooling anyone by refusing to release these records?
