Judge Behind Mar-A-Lago Raid Exposed

(Patriot Insider) – Thanks to a new report from the New York Post, we’ve discovered that the Florida magistrate judge who signed off on the search warrant that allowed the FBI raid of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate was a donor for former President Barack Obama during his 2008 presidential campaign.

But that’s not all, these donations came just months after this judge left his post at the local US Attorney’s office to represent workers of sick and twisted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein who was granted immunity in the long-running investigation into the disgusting financier’s sex-trafficking operation.

According to the Post, sources told the publication Judge Bruce Reinhart had given his approval of the search warrant that paved the way for the FBI raid on Monday that Trump himself referred to as an “unannounced raid on my home.”

The report went on to reveal that Reinhart was promoted to magistrate judge back in March 2018 after serving a decade in private practice. Later that same year, in November, the Miami Herald went on to report that Reinhart had represented several employees who worked for the vile Epstein, including, by the judge’s own admission, Epstein’s pilots; the man’s scheduler, Sarah Kellen; Nadia Marcinkova, who the billionaire once described as his “Yugoslavian sex slave.”

“Kellen and Marcinkova were among Epstein’s lieutenants who were granted immunity as part of a controversial 2007 deal with federal prosecutors that allowed the pervert to plead guilty to state charges rather than federal crimes. Epstein wound up serving just 13 months in county jail and was granted work release,” the Post reported.

“According to the Herald, which cited court documents, Reinhart resigned from the South Florida US Attorney’s Office effective on New Year’s Day 2008 and went to work for Epstein’s cohorts the following day,” the report continued.

“Epstein, who was found dead in August 2019 of an apparent suicide in the Manhattan Correctional Center while awaiting trial on federal sex-trafficking charges, had hired a stable of high-powered lawyers for his defense in the late 2000s, including former independent counsel Kenneth Starr,” the Post report revealed.

According to documentation from the Federal Election Commission, ten months after Reinhart started to represent Epstein’s employees, he gave $1,000 directly to the presidential campaign of Barack Obama through the Obama Victory Fund. While the records demonstrate that Reinhart made mostly small-dollar donations to the political action committee of his law firm in subsequent years, the judge also donated $500 to Jeb Bush’s 2016 presidential campaign in the fall of 2015.

“Reinhart was later named in a civil lawsuit by two of Epstein’s victims that accused him of violating Justice Department policies by switching sides in the middle of the Epstein investigation, suggesting he had spilled inside information about the probe to build favor with the notorious defendant, the Herald reported in 2018,” the Post report stated.

In an affidavit from 2011, the judge flat out denied that he had been involved in any wrongdoing or anything that was inappropriate or improper, insisting that since he wasn’t involved in the federal probe into Epstein, he wasn’t made aware of any inside information or details concerning the case.

Then along comes a court filing from 2013 where former colleagues of Reinhart’s offer contradicting information, stating that he had indeed “learned confidential, non-public information about the Epstein matter” while he was working for the US Attorney’s Office. Reinhart then pointed out to the Miami Herald in response to a complaint filed against him by an attorney working for the victims of Epstein had been tossed out by the Department of Justice.

But as recently as January of 2015, the judge was asked to appear on Newsmax in order to provide an analysis of all the fallout from the Epstein situation, though he declined to inform the public of his own role in the case.

“Before entering private practice in 2008, Reinhart spent 12 years as a federal prosecutor. According to an official biography circulated at the time he was hired as a magistrate judge, Reinhart ‘managed a docket that covered the full spectrum of federal crimes, including narcotics, violent crimes, public corruption, financial frauds, child pornography and immigration,'” the report stated.

“Two recent warrant applications were assigned to Reinhart and entered into the court system on Monday, the Miami Herald reported, but those warrants and information about who they targeted remain sealed. Records show another warrant was issued by Reinhart on Friday, but its contents were also sealed,” the report continued.

At the end of the day, it seems that this guy is the last person on earth who should have been granted a promotion and been allowed to sign off on a warrant against a Republican. This man is clearly biased in his political persuasion. It’s time for the playing field to be leveled.

  1. Besides having a judge involved who seems to have a clear bias against President Trump, don’t forget that Garland also may have a personal reason for bringing charges against Trump.
Garland has spent his entire life with the goal of becoming a Supreme Court justice. Under Trump’s time in the WH he was blocked from fulfilling his lifelong dream.
Garland has already shown in several instances that despite his claims, he does not equally apply the law to all. If you happen to have a R after your name, you generally get the full brunt of the law thrown against you, but if you have a D after your name, you generally get a free pass.
With Garland’s past record on unequally dispensing justice and his failure to become a SC justice, it would be easy to believe that Garland has his own personal reasons for authorizing this search warrant and possibly bringing charges against Trump……..revenge.
