JUST IN: 43,000 Dekalb County, Georgia Absentee Ballots Have Been Found In Violation Of Chain Of Custody Rule

(Patriot Insider) – Dekalb County, Georgia is once again finding itself at the center of yet another issue in the ever growing list of funny business from the 2020 Election results. According to Gateway Pundit, this county had to recount and scan ballots in the county not long after the election. There has not yet been a satisfactory explanation provided.

The election manager from Dekalb was actually booted to the curb over a series of issues with the previous election as well, so it seems like the whole county was just a mess of fraud and other problems that have yet to be resolved and explained.

The Georgia Star says, “43,907 of the 61,731 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes in the November 2020 presidential election in DeKalb County, Georgia–72 percent–were counted in official tallies certified by the county and the state, despite violating chain of custody requirements set forward in Georgia Emergency Rule 183-1-14-1.8-.14 promulgated by the Georgia State Election Board at its July 1, 2020, meeting.”

“That rule states absentee ballots placed in drop boxes, “shall be immediately transported to the county registrar” by the two person collection team, which is required to sign a ballot transfer form indicating the number of ballots picked up, the time the ballots were picked up, and the location of the drop box, and that, “The county registrar or a designee thereof shall sign the ballot transfer form upon receipt of the ballots from the collection team,” the report continues.

“The Georgia Star News obtained 725 absentee ballot drop box transfer forms used in the November 2020 election in DeKalb County to document the chain of custody of the 61,731 absentee ballots deposited in drop boxes from the DeKalb County law department in response to an open records request,” it adds. “Those 725 absentee ballot drop box transfer forms can be viewed here.”

The report then goes on to say, “Of the 61,731 absentee ballots DeKalb County recorded as being deposited into drop boxes during the November 2020 election, 46 percent – or 28,194 of the absentee ballots – were not documented as being received by the elections registrar or the director’s designee until the day after they were collected from the drop box.”

The real question that needs to be answered here is why the Republican legislature in Georgia has seemingly ignored all of the massive evidence of voter fraud in the 2020 election that enabled Joe Biden to steal the White House?

According to the Gateway Pundit, back in January of 2021, Dekalb County officials released a statement saying, “Due to technical issues, the remaining 19,000 ballots must be manually scanned in order to be tabulated and added to the total vote count. Georgia’s voting system provides built-in safeguards, in the form of paper ballots that allow us to quickly process ballots that are electronically cast. These outstanding paper ballots are currently being scanned and the tabulation will be completed as quickly as possible and in compliance with state guidelines.”

It’s time for a forensic audit, folks.

We need answers on what happened in Georgia and how we can prevent such a thing from ever happening again.
