SHOCKING! Camera Catches Putin Seemingly Shaking Uncontrollably

(Patriot Insider) – Rumors of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s declining mental health have been swirling about since 2020 and now they’ve been reignited over a video that purports to show Putin shaking and making other movements indicative of Parkinson’s disease or other neurological issues.

The video clip from a meeting with Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, just before the invasion started, shows Putin putting a shaky right hand to his chest and awkwardly kicking his right foot just before shaking hands with Lukashenko in Moscow on Feb. 18.

The Kremlin denies claims of Putin’s declining health but does this video show a different story?

An AFP News Agency video from that event begins just after this greeting and shows a more steady Putin, though it supports the claims of the clip’s origin.

It certainly seems strange that Putin would hold a public meeting while experiencing these kinds of symptoms though Joe Biden puts his cognitive decline on display daily.

However, the meeting with Lukashenko was a top priority considering Belarus shares a border with both Russia and Ukraine and later became the launching site for Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, according to Reuters.

Of course, there may be other explanations for the seemingly awkward movements. One man, who claims to be a nurse, explained the significance of Putin’s supposed tremor in a TikTok clip that has gained much attention since Thursday afternoon.

In the video, which has over 300,000 likes, the man, @muscleandnursing, starts by saying, “Nurses and medical professionals, I’m gonna show you a video and this is why we should be terrified,” before showing the clip.

“I’m a nurse, I cannot diagnose, but I do know Parkinson’s and a stroke when I see it,” the man asserted.

“Parkinson’s is under the umbrella of dementia,” he explained, later adding that he felt Putin “probably had a stroke” because of the “utilization of his right leg.”

The video could be interpreted to show Putin lifting his right leg in a strange lifting motion rather than a smooth step typically seen in healthy individuals, which according to the TikTok user could be “a symptom of vascular dementia.”

The UK’s Telegraph reports that Putin has become a germaphobe and that he often holds meetings at an absurdly long table so that he can sit quite far away from others. They also contend he has a puffy face which could be a sign that he suffers from a suppressed immune system and is on steroids to treat some ailment.

Of course, this is all speculation and there’s not really any reason to believe that Putin has been hiding some serious medical condition which is just now worsening enough to be picked up on during public meetings.

Even if Putin was suffering from a medical condition, he still manages to exude strength and confidence. The same most certainly cannot be said about Joe Biden who, without a doubt, suffers from dementia.

  1. if putin is in the physical shape this says he is in, then this madman doesn’t care about humanity and only cares about total control before he dies, basically going for broke because he is dying

  2. He’s waving for someone he apparently knows well and hasn’t seen him in a while. He’s casually sauntering towards the person like he’s happy and relaxed with this guy and than a strong hug is something I have done when I haven’t seen someone in a while. It’s like a welcome, happy to see you, get over here for a hug I don’t give others when greeting. It’s obviously an expansive size room and that also may explain the come on, get over here expressions going on with Putin and this other guy. When he sees the guy he also gives a smile you don’t usually get from Putin. There’s too much guessing going on with this video, it’s a simple long time no see friend greeting which you don’t see often with Putin which is the reason for the guessing. It’s also too much of a distraction by people when we have Ukraine going on.
