(Patriot Insider) – President Joe Biden’s corrupt Justice Department is once again being deployed to protect him from the consequences of his actions and to send a message to all of the folks across our country who might be emboldened to try and hold him accountable for his misdeeds. The DOJ requested a federal judge sentence Aimee Harris, the individual who pleaded guilty to snatching first daughter Ashley Biden’s diary, to a four to 10 month stint in prison for her crime.
Maybe I’m wrong and this really is just the system attempting to make a point to Harris and others that stealing is wrong? Nah, you’re right. That’s wishful thinking. Such a motivation would require the Justice Department to be, you know, just.
U.S. Attorney Damian Williams, along with several other federal prosecutors wrote a letter to chief district court Judge Taylor Swain saying, “At bottom, the defendant’s flagrant disrespect for the law, including the orders of this Court — even after pleading guilty in this case — demonstrates an abdication of responsibility for her conduct and strongly militates for an incarceratory sentence.”
According to The Western Journal, “The prosecutors said that Harris had requested the sentencing hearing be delayed 12 times since pleading guilty in August 2022 to the theft of the diary, tax records, a cell phone and other personal items.”
Some reasons given for the postponements included illness, problems with legal representation, and childcare.
“The defendant has repeatedly and consistently engaged in tactics to improperly delay this proceeding, including by misleading the Court with false information to justify belated and unmerited requests for adjournments, refusing to appear when directed, and failing to comply with court orders to disclose or produce certain information,” the letter went on to say.
“Through this pattern of behavior, the defendant has shown a complete disregard for the Court’s orders and for the orderly administration of this judicial proceeding,” the prosecutors penned.
They then remarked “a sentence involving merely probation will not be sufficient to deter the defendant from continuing to flout the law.”
You know, I’m beginning to think the president is really upset that Ashley’s diary saw the light of day and everyone found out that he showered with his teenage daughter. The president is attempting to ruin Harris’ life just like he does anyone who crosses him. It seems Biden believes that the presidency makes him some kind of mob boss with federal resources to be used as his henchmen.
Back in 2022, Harris and Robert Kurlander both pleaded guilty “to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property involving the theft of personal belongings of an immediate family member of a then-former government official who was a candidate for national political office.”
“Harris took the items during a stay around September 2020 at a Delray Beach, Florida home where Ashley Biden had previously been living. She had continued to store some of her things there,” the report divulged.
“In a 2022 news release, Williams said Harris and Kurlander sold the stolen Biden property ‘to an organization in New York for $40,000 and even returned to take more of the victim’s property when asked to do so. Harris and Kurlander sought to profit from their theft of another person’s personal property, and they now stand convicted of a federal felony as a result,'” it continued.
A piece from the New York Post revealed that the pair sold the diary to Project Veritas. The DOJ declared that the diary contained a number of “highly personal entries,” many of which paint Joe Biden out to be a really big creep. Of course, we already knew that from his extensive history of sniffing little girls’ hair and inappropriately touching women. These are acts caught on video so there’s no denying them.
“Project Veritas did not publish the journal but purported entries, including involving now President Joe Biden, later emerged online. In March 2022, the FBI raided the home of conservative Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe and two reporters who worked for the organization,” The Western Journal stated.
“The government’s invasion of our First Amendment rights should send shivers down the spine of every journalist around the country,” O’Keefe went on to state in a video released at the time.

“In 2020, we lawfully received material from sources concerning Ashley Biden’s diary and what it said about her father, then presidential candidate Joe Biden,” he noted. “We ultimately decided not to publish the story and worked with local law enforcement to return these materials to her.”
This is why we need Trump to win in November. We must have the deep state elements removed from the DOJ so we can restore it to its true purpose. This will never happen with Biden in the Oval Office.

It was Ashleys fault that the diary got away from her. She told how her father had molested her for a very long time. He should have gone to jail for this. People need to stop enabling him. It is not helping him or her Everyone knows about the pervert in the White House. He shouldn’t be allowed around children or women that is not his wife.everyone knows about him so why bother arresting the person that has her diary. She more than likely give it to them. She has done interviews and spoke about it.
That is sick. The man belongs in isolation at a mental hospital for treatment
