(Patriot Insider) – Ever since the beginning of the COVID charade, there has been a constant stream of misinformation and propaganda from the mainstream media outlets.
Americans with the ability to think for themselves and investigate the information being pushed by the media have known for a long time that the data just doesn’t support the so-called “science.”
Now that the COVID pandemic seems to be dwindling down and everyone’s attention is on the laundry list of crises caused by the Biden regime, the CDC is admitting that there just may have been some mistakes in their reporting.
Good thing no one’s paying much attention anymore, right? What a happy coincidence.
When omicron came on the scene, there was widespread relief and the belief that the omicron would be better and more effective than the dangerous, experimental, ineffective vaccines could ever be.
The omicron strain was much less deadly and more transmissible. Meaning, most everyone was sure to get it and very few people would be at high risk for it, resulting in mass immunity.
This was a good thing! The mainstream media, however, just had to give Americans something to fear so the omicron became a threat to children, despite no actual scientific data to back up this idea.
“One-third of all child deaths from Covid have happened in the past two months. That’s staggering,” independent journalist Melody Schreiber tweeted March 11, along with a link to her story in the U.K. Guardian.
According to CDC data at the time, this was, in fact, true. However, the CDC just adjusted their data last week and cited a “coding logic error.”
According to a Washington Examiner report about the adjustment the CDC’s data on Monday showed 1,755 deaths from COVID-19 among those under the age of 18. The report explained that while this is a very small portion of the 1 million deaths supposedly from COVID in the US, 738 of them occurred in the first 10 weeks of 2022.
Thus, a third of all deaths among children from COVID occurred in just around 10% of the entire COVID pandemic charade.
This was used as a justification to continue requiring children to continue wearing masks all day at school and to push the vaccines on children. Democrats, the media and even Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor pushed the narrative that the omicron strain was extremely dangerous for children.
As you may recall, during oral arguments on President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, Justice Sonia Sotomayor remarked that there were “over 100,000 children [in hospitals], which we’ve never had before, in serious condition and many on ventilators.”

Justice Sotomayor’s assertions were wildly untrue but that didn’t stop the leftist media outlets from pushing the narrative that children and then there was the CDC data to back it up.
As of last Tuesday, however, that data was suddenly not quite so staggering. The CDC resolved the so-called “error” and the number of all-time pediatric deaths from COVID magically went from 1,755 to 1,339, a 24% drop.
“On March 15, 2022, data on deaths were adjusted after resolving a coding logic error. This resulted in decreased death counts across all demographic categories,” the CDC said.
A CDC spokeswoman told the Examiner that the agency’s algorithm had inadvertently been including non-COVID-related deaths in the count, leading to the skewed numbers.
“An adjustment was made to COVID Data Tracker’s mortality data on March 14 involving the removal of 72,277 — including 416 pediatric deaths — deaths previously reported across 26 states because CDC’s algorithm was accidentally counting deaths that were not COVID-19-related,” spokeswoman Jasmine Reed said.
“Working with near real-time data in an emergency is critical to guide decision-making, but may also mean we often have incomplete information when data are first reported.”

This comes after just last month it was revealed that the CDC isn’t publishing the majority of the data it collects on COVID, including booster shot data on those aged 18 to 49.
Even The New York Times pointed out the fact that this happened to be “the group least likely to benefit from extra shots.”
The CDC seems to have a transparency problem and the media has an integrity problem. The real pandemic was a pandemic of misinformation and misguided fear.
